M69 junction 1 northbound exit slip

M69 junction 1 northbound exit slip

We're writing to inform you of some upcoming essential resurfacing and lining work on the M69 at junction 1.

When will this work take place?

We'll work overnight for two nights on Wednesday 11 February and Thursday 12 February,9pm to 6am.

To carry out our work safely, we'll close the M69 junction 1 northbound exit slip.

During closures, a fully signed diversion will be in place which has been agreed by the local authority which is to proceed to M1 junction 21 and return.

What does this mean for you?

We'll make every effort to ensure the impact on the local community and travelling public is kept to a minimum. We always aim to work to the programme, however unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions may mean changes.

We'd also like to apologise for any inconvenience or disruption to those living close to our work. We'll make every effort to carefully manage noise levels and additional lighting to minimise the impact.
