** Handyman + Village Inspector **

Applications are invited for the role of Handyman + Village Inspector to Huncote Parish Council.

The council is looking for an individual who is dynamic, self-motivated and innovative. We are a small council, with up to 8 councillors, dealing with a variety of complex issues and concerns. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate with various individuals using a variety of methods.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a variety of tasks, from the basic to the more complex. The applicant will need to be extremely versatile and willing to take on new challenges. Training can be provided if we feel that a candidate fits the majority of the criteria.

The post is 10 hours per week, working in various locations within the Parish of Huncote. The majority of work will be completed outdoors, and the applicant should be prepared to work in all weathers.

Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving license are essential.
