Rail Freight application refused

Please find below a link to a letter that has been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website which provides notification of the publication of the Secretary of State's decision and statement of reasons in relation to Tritax Symmetry (Hinckley) Limited's application for development consent for Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange. The Secretary of State has decided that the development consent should be refused and therefore an Order has not been made.
