Dog Litter Bins

Blaby District Council and Huncote Parish Council provide dog waste bins on the green spaces in the Parish and in other appropriate places.
There are various dog litter bins in Huncote. Please use these to dispose of all foulings and not just dumping your bags somewhere nearby.
If a dog litter bin is not available you can always dispose of dog waste in a normal litter bin.
Please contact us to report any problems relating to dog waste bins or if you require a dog waste bin in your area of the Parish.
Requests for dog bins are considered on a individual basis and may be subject to public consultation.
When are the dog bins emptied?
Dog bins are emptied weekly on a Wednesday by Blaby District Council.
Where can I dispose of dog waste?
If you need a place to dispose of dog waste, please use your household waste bin or place dog waste in the public waste bins around the village, unless you are in the park, on the nature trail around Croft Hill or at the Pavilion, where specific red dog bins are provided.
